Belle Corporation (Belle) won its fourth consecutive Four Golden Arrow Award from the  Institute of Corporate Directors, re-affirming its efforts towards corporate governance excellence.

Belle Group companies Pacific Online Systems Corporation and APC Group, Inc. also earned recognitions for their outstanding corporate governance practices with their Two Golden Arrow Awards.

The awards recognize the companies as among the top-performing corporations in the Philippines under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), reflecting their sustained commitment to transparency, accountability, fairness and responsible corporate leadership.

Organized by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) since 2019, the Golden Arrow Awards recognize publicly listed companies that demonstrate exemplary adherence to corporate governance standards based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. The awards feature five levels of recognition, with the number of Golden Arrows corresponding to a company’s performance under a tiered scoring system.

According to the ICD, the upward-pointing arrows symbolize the continuing efforts of publicly listed companies to raise the level of compliance with ASEAN corporate governance principles.

The latest recognitions further manifest the Belle Group’s commitment to fostering a culture of good governance and ethical business practices. By continuously strengthening its governance framework and adhering to internationally recognized standards, the group seeks to create sustainable long-term value for its shareholders and stakeholders while contributing to the advancement of corporate governance in the Philippines.
