JOB SUMMARY

 Works as a Company representative in acquiring permits and licenses with different government agencies and ensures complete documentation requirements for projects and proper coordination with immediate superior and departments.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent Company to the Registry of Deeds, Local Government Units, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
  • Prepare and Update Monthly Status Report of Permits and Licenses of every project.
  • Promptly process and deliver documents to internal and external customers.
  • Communicate with contact persons in Government and make constant follow ups regarding the company's application, issues and concerns.
  • Communicate and maintains close relationship with superiors, colleagues and customers (internal/external), effectively works together and shares information.
  • Prepare communications/memorandums, requests for payments, liquidations and route for heads’ approve.
  • Filing and documentation.
  • Assist and perform tasks assigned from time to time.
