Belle joins Parañaque Government for Annual Arbor Day tree planting event

Belle Corporation employee-volunteers represented the company and joined fellow stakeholders in celebrating the annual Philippine Arbor Day, which was led by Parañaque City officials including Congressman Eric Olivarez (seventh from left). Philippines, 15 July 2026 – In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, Belle Corporation (Belle) joined the Parañaque City Government and local stakeholders for a tree planting activity commemorating the annual Philippine Arbor Day. Held at the Aseana Area near City of Dreams Manila along Roxas Boulevard on June 25, 2026, the event drew 120 participants, including employee-volunteers from Belle. Top local leaders spearheaded the initiative, including Mayor Edwin Olivarez, Vice Mayor Benjo Bernabe, and Congressman Eric Olivarez, alongside officials and representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Aseana Business Park Estate Association and City of Dreams Manila. The volunteers successfully planted 18 Palawan Cherry seedlings, a native species chosen to green and beautify the coastal avenue. The collaborative effort highlights Belle Corporation’s ongoing support for public-private initiatives aimed at fostering more sustainable urban environments. Belle, Pacific Online lead multi-School Brigada Eskwela drive in Batangas

Volunteer groups from Belle Corporation, Pacific Online Systems Corporation, Premium Leisure Corp. and PremiumLeisure & Amusement, Inc. took part at and showed their strong support to the Brigada Eskwela activities at Tranca Elementary School and Suplang Elementary School held on June 2 and June 3, respectively.   Philippines, 15 June 2026 – Demonstrating a shared commitment to education and community development, Belle Corporation (Belle) and Pacific Online Systems Corporation (Pacific Online) successfully spearheaded a two-day Brigada Eskwela mobilization at Tranca and Suplang Elementary Schools. The joint initiative focused on campus refurbishment, student wellness and local livelihood generation to prepare the public schools for the incoming academic year. Aside from Belle and Pacific Online employees, volunteers from Premium Leisure Corp. and PremiumLeisure & Amusement, Inc. also joined the annual effort, which began on June 2 at Tranca Elementary School in Barangay Tranca, Talisay, Batangas. The volunteers refurbished the campus by cleaning and repainting at least four classrooms. To ensure safety and long-term campus readiness, Belle and Pacific Online donated fire extinguishers, waste bins and premium painting supplies.  Emphasizing community empowerment, the organizers engaged three local barbers from Barangay Tranca to provide free haircuts to 65 students and faculty members, stimulating the local economy over two days. Catering for the volunteer pool was also sourced entirely from community-based suppliers in neighboring Suplang, Tanauan.  Dr. Aileen B. Lontok, School Head of Tranca Elementary, credited the organizers for enhancing the learning environment for the school’s 542 students. The unified campaign sustained its momentum on June 3 at Suplang Elementary School in Tanauan City wherein 29 students availed of free haircuts. Company volunteers and community partners spent the day repairing facilities, organizing instructional items and facilitating free grooming sessions for incoming learners. Suplang Elementary School Head Teacher Edwin Castillo also commended the Belle Group, noting that the collaborative effort successfully created a clean and highly motivating space for student growth. For school year 2025-2026, they had 198 students. Belle, SM hold IFRS sustainability standards training

Philippines, 25 May 2026 – Belle Corporation (Belle or the Company) and SM Investments held a two-day training on the IFRS S1 and S2 Sustainability Reporting Standands on May 21 to 22 in Pasay City. Executives and employees from Belle, PremiumLeisure & Amusement, Inc., Pacific Online Systems Corporation and Tagaytay Highlands attended the training. The SM Sustainability Office led by Koleen Palaganas facilitated the workshop. Belle achieves steady first quarter results, profit up by 13%

Philippines, 27 April 2026 – Belle Corporation (Belle or the Company) realized consolidated net income of Php524 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, which was 13% higher than its consolidated net income of Php 462 million for the comparable period. This was on the back of total revenues of Php1.42 billion in the first quarter of 2026, which was up by 9% from Php1.30 billion posted over the same period in 2025. Belle’s core operations during the first quarter of 2026 remained strong. The Company’s share in the gaming revenues at City of Dreams Manila through subsidiary Premium Leisure Corp.’s (PLC) wholly owned PremiumLeisure and Amusement, Inc. increased by 12% to Php486 million in the first quarter of 2026 from Php 433 million in the first quarter of 2025, while its revenues for the land and building lease of City of Dreams Manila was stable at Php588 million. Revenues of Belle from its real estate operations in Tagaytay Highlands also came in higher by 57% to Php143 million in the first quarter of 2026 compared to Php91 million in 2025, while revenues from distribution utilities at the estate were likewise up by 18% to Php72 million in 2026 from Php61 million over the same period in 2025.  Pacific Online Systems Corporation, which is 50.1%-owned by PLC, also posted stable revenues of Php129 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026. Belle Group wins 3 governance Golden Arrow Awards

Belle Corporation (Belle), affiliate APC Group, Inc. and subsidiary Pacific Online Systems Corporation (POSC) won golden arrows anew for being top performing companies in the Philippines under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) on October 23, 2025 at Okada Manila. Belle received the prestigious four golden arrow award after obtaining a high ACGS score, while APC and POSC were recipients of the three-arrow and two-arrow accolades, respectively. The Golden Arrow Awards, which has been organized by the Institute of Corporate Directors since 2019, has five levels of top performance in corporate governance based on a tiered scoring system with increasing number of golden arrows. According to the ICD, the upward-pointing arrows “symbolize the continuing efforts of publicly listed companies to raise the level of compliance with the ASEAN corporate governance principles.”

Belle, Pacific Online volunteers support annual coastal cleanup

Philippines, 30 September 2025 – Volunteers and sustainability champions from Belle Corporation (Belle) and subsidiaries Pacific Online Systems Corporation and PremiumLeisure & Amusement, Inc. joined this year’s activities commemorating the International Coastal Cleanup 2025, a global effort to rehabilitate the oceans.The volunteers spent hours consolidating ocean debris and contributing to the total haul of over 200,000 kilograms of waste during the event, which was held on September 20, 2025 at SM by the BAY and across 27 SM Malls nationwide. The Belle Group contingent comprised of 23 employee volunteers collected 20 sacks of garbage weighing over 100 kilograms. The Group was among the many corporates, local government units, non-government organizations and academic institutions nationwide who led the cleanliness and awareness compaign, and joined hundreds more worldwide.Belle is a strong advocate of environmental preservation and healthy oceans and waterways.
