Situated amidst a dense forest 1,000 feet above Taal Lake and another 1,000 feet below Tagaytay Highlands, the 400-hectare Tagaytay Midlands Golf Club boasts of a championship golf course with a picture-perfect view of the Taal Lake and Volcano. The second 18-hole golf club (also designed by Richard Bigler) in Tagaytay Highlands has a combined 45 holes, including the Third Nine holes and the Highlands Golf Course. The area is also close to a forest where endemic birds and local monkeys abound.

The Country Club at Tagaytay Highlands is a one-stop-shop recreation center. As a family resort for non-golfers that opened in 1996, it houses nearly every leisure activity imaginable—both for the young and the young-at-heart. The Tagaytay Highlands International Golf Club has one of the country's most challenging 18-hole golf courses. Designed by American golf architect Richard Bigler, it was Tagaytay Highlands' first club, which opened on April 16, 1994. Its 120-hectare land area is also home to a number of dining outlets as well as other leisure amenities intended for golfers and non-golfers.
